Information we handle
You can build a ranking without an account. Device-only drafts and game progress are stored in your browser. If you sign in, ListPipe receives your account identifier, email address, and available display name so it can save your rankings, attribute one community vote per artist, and process artist requests.
We also store the song order you save or submit, artist suggestions, catalog correction reports, timestamps, anonymous trivia activity and scores, and anonymous counts of clicks on listening links and promotional placements.
How we use it
We use this information to operate accounts, restore rankings, calculate community leaderboards, prevent duplicate or abusive submissions, review catalog corrections, improve the product, understand trivia engagement, measure promotional placements, and respond to artist demand. We do not sell personal account information.
External services
Apple Music and YouTube Music links take you to services governed by their own privacy policies. Creating an Apple Music playlist requires direct authorization from Apple; ListPipe does not receive your Apple password.
Your choices
Signed-in users can export their saved ranking and remove their saved ranking and active community vote from each artist page. Browser-only drafts can be removed by clearing this site’s browser storage.
Advertising
ListPipe currently displays direct promotional placements and records anonymous impression and click totals. Before introducing advertising services that use cookies or personalized advertising, we will update this notice and provide any required consent controls.
Retention and security
Account rankings remain available until you remove them. Operational records are retained only as reasonably needed to operate, protect, analyze, and improve the service. ListPipe uses access controls, input validation, request limits, and encrypted connections to protect the site, although no online service can promise absolute security.
